Physiotherapy really works and we are passionate about as many people benefiting from this as possible. Our aim is to restore you to full and pain free movement quickly so you can live a better life.  We treat a wide range of musculo-skeletal (muscle, joint and/or bone) problems and our patients consult us on everything from a niggle in the neck to sports injuries and post operative rehabilitation. Our techniques are underpinned by evidence-based practice and backed by robust clinical reasoning.


We alleviate pain and treat the cause so that normal activities can be resumed as quickly as possible. We are committed to providing a high standard of care, involving a thorough assessment to analyse your symptoms and any underlying issues. Your physio will explain your problem so that we can work together to achieve a long term result.

Most appointments last for 45 minutes.

Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes. Appointments can be booked by calling the clinic. 
We can usually see you within 48 hours.

What are your fees?

       Chartered Physiotherapist
Sarah specialises in all musculosketal problems, spinal, orthopaedic and sports injuries. She also uses acupucture to enhance her treatments

   Sarah Cormack

       Chartered Physiotherapist
Sarah has a specialist interest in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy and is a qualified Pilates instructor.Sarah also uses acupuncture in her treatments

    Julie Ashton

         Chartered Physiotherapist
Julie is an expeienced musculoskelal physiotherapist.
She enjoys meeting and helping patients with diverse problems. 

   Jackson Ellis

       Chartered Physiotherapist
Jackson is an experienced physiotherapist and enjoys new and challenging problems.  He has a special interest in lower limb and spinal conditions.

   Ann Ingate

      Chartered Physiotherapist
Ann treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions with a special interest in hip and knee pain and rehabilitation and can use acupuncture in her treatments.
Ann also is trained as a vestibular specialist
