Sarah Letheren MCSP

Chartered Physiotherapist

Member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists


Sarah is a highly experienced physiotherapist with post-graduate qualifications in manipulation, sports medicine and acupuncture. She has extensive experience in pre/post op rehabilitation, neck and back pain, sports injuries and biomechanics. Her treatment is hands-on with the aim of pain reduction and the restoration of normal movement and function.


Sarah qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from West Middlesex Hospital School of Physiotherapy in 1982.  Following 6 years working in the NHS, she moved to a private hospital, predominately treating muscular-skeletal disorders, before starting her own private practice in North-West London. Sarah ran her own successful clinic in Bushey Heath, on the outskirts of London, for 18 years. She relocated to the south coast in 2006 and started The Barn Physiotherapy Clinic. Since then the clinic has grown and now has 5 physiotherapists, an osteopath and is busy all day Monday to Friday.


She is a keen sailor and enjoys gardening, Pilates and walking with her dogs.


Sarah Cormack MCSP

AACP Post-graduate acupuncture qualification


Sarah qualified in 2010 with MSc in Physiotherapy after previously completing a degree in Sport & Exercise Sciences. Initially she worked with Gaelic football and hurling teams. She then made the move to the sunny south coast of England working in private practice and she’s been here ever since.

Sarah is specialised in treating paediatric musculoskeletal injuries and is a Pilates Instructor. 

She is also trained in acupuncture and has extensive knowledge in exercise rehabilitation. 


She continues her sports work with softball, athletics and rugby teams, alongside her clinics. Sarah is currently physiotherapist to GB Under 18 and senior women’s softball team. She also works with England Athletics at national competitions. 


In her spare time she likes to play softball, swim, cycle, do Pilates, get muddy tackling an obstacle course and try her hand at pretty much any watersport. And after all that squeeze in a bit of travelling when time allows. 


Julie Ashton MCSP

Chartered Physiotherapist

Registered with the Health & Care Professions Council


Julie works as a physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal problems and rehabilitation since graduating from the Middlesex Hospital in 1985.


She has post graduate qualifications in MacKenzie and Pilates.

Over the years she has set up and run a modified pilates class for chronic back pain patients, a postnatal exercise class and a cardiac rehabilitation class. 

She spent many years working closely with GPs in a GP practice and as a student placement coordinator she helped to train student physiotherapists.


Julie enjoys treating and helping patients with diverse problems in a holisitic way.  She strives to help patients achieve their goals be it abolishing pain, returning to sport, being able to hug their grandchildren or improve their golf handicap! She has a particular interest in the neuroscience of pain and likes to keep abreast with the latest research.


Julie enjoys tennis, yoga, dancing and spending time with her family. 


Jackson Ellis MCSP

Chartered Physiotherapist

Registered with the Health & Care Professions Council


Jackson is an experienced Physiotherapist who has worked across both NHS and the private sector providing excellent musculoskeletal care.


Jackson's experience of working with adults, childhood and adolescent problems means he is able to treat patients of any age and he is also experienced in working in academy level professional sport.

He is currently undertaking masters level qualifications, as he works toward becoming an advanced practitioner.


 He likes to use a combination of manual techniques with strength and conditioning principals to help rehab his patients to their maximum potential.


Outside of work Jackson plays football for Bosham FC and enjoys paddleboarding and entertaining his three children.


Ann Ingate MCSP

Member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapist Interested in Vestibular Rehabilitation 


After qualifying from The Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt School of Physiotherapy in 1985, the early part of Ann's career was spent gaining experience in Great Yarmouth, Hillingdon and at Lord Mayor Treloar Orthopaedic Hospital in Alton where Ann was the Physiotherapy Manager for 12 years. She moved to Clare Park in 2001.


Ann treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions with a special interest in hip and knee pain and rehabilitation, particularly following joint replacement. Ann also is trained as a vestibular specialist (ACPIVR) combining vestibular rehabilitation exercises, together with musculoskeletal techniques to treat various vestibular conditions.

She successfully completed the Extended Scope Practitioner module as part of an MSc at Southampton University in 2004. Since then she has worked closely with several Orthopaedic Consultants reviewing their post op Hips and Knees. Ann is a brace specialist and sees patients with a range of knee conditions. She is also a qualified APPI Pilates instructor and teaches regular classes.


Ann is also a member of the acupuncture association of physiotherapist and incorporates acupuncture in to the management of her patients.


Ann has 4 border collies, she enjoys walking, and has recently taken up paddle boarding since moving to the area. She is a qualified cricket umpire, and took up ladies cricket at the age of 50, and enjoyed playing with Ropley cricket club. 


Sacha Pack -  Registered Osteopath

Sacha works from The Barn three days each week and alternate Saturdays.

I'm Sacha Pack, a registered Osteopath with 25 years continuous experience since qualifying from The London School of Osteopathy in 1996. During this time I've had the privilege of treating a wide variety of patients many of whom still come back for preventative treatment.


I am a member of the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy and maintain my membership with these organisations by completing annual continuous  professional development training.


Helen Smith -  Clinic Administrator

Helen joined us in 2011. She arranges appointments for the clinic and looks after the general administration. She manages our accounts, liaises with the medical insurance companies and looks after our health & safety and clinic audits.


She will be very happy to answer any questions you have with regard to your treatment.


Helen  is a very keen gardener and when she's not pottering around the flower beds, enjoys walking with her husband.


Suzy Walker -  Receptionist

Suzy arranges appointments and can help with any questions you may have about your appointment or treatment.


When Suzy is not sitting behind our desk she is usually out running. Suzy runs our local "Couch to 5K" courses.
